We believe that acting as local counsel for a party should not be complicated or overly expensive. When we have retained local counsel in other jurisdictions there are have been occasions where we required little to no assistance and occasions where we required a lot of assistance. We will do as little work or as much work as requested. We are here to serve you.
PRO HAC VICE MOTIONS
We can either prepare the motion in its entirety or are comfortable having you prepare the motion and review the documents. Either way, we quote a flat rate so there are no surprises.
HOURLY RATES
Our rates range from $200.00 an hour for junior associate time to $350.00 for senior attorney time. We can handle the preparation of pleadings, discovery, motion work, appearances, depositions or any other service requested. It is our policy to have work done in the most cost-effective manner for your financial benefit. We will always do our best to have work done competently at the lowest billing rate possible.
SUPPORT AND CALENDARING
Unless otherwise discussed, it is our policy to independently calendar items regarding matters we act as local counsel. All calendaring and administrative matters are handled at clerical or paralegal rate between $75.00 and $125.00 an hour.
